She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shawl and Ruth Shawl (Schaarschmidt); her husband Ralph Lane Ritter, Jr.; and her siblings, Robert Shawl, Mary Shawl, Judith Shawl and Renee Shawl.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Schultz (Jim), Julia Ross (Scott) and Mark Ritter; and her siblings, Richard Shawl, Gerald Shawl (Rochelle), Susan (Michel) of Geyter, Janice Jeruzal (George) and John Shawl.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Kenneth Catholic Church (14951 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
