She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Cisek and Eva Cisek; her husband David E.; her children, David A. and Catherine; and her brother Robert.
She is survived by: her children, John and Diane (Michael); her siblings, Rita (Roger) and Alan (Michael); and her grandchildren, Megan, Ryan, Brendan, Jack, Zachary and Lily.
