It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Eleanor Gibson (Northville, Michigan), born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lakin and Ival Lakin; and her husband John Gibson. She is survived by: her children, Rev. Mary McInnes (Damon) of South Lyon, MI and John Gibson Jr. of Duck River, TN.; her granddaughters, Eleanor and Heather; her sister Debbie Crabtree (Ronald); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Gibson (Debbie) and Sue Winter (Rick). She is also survived by cousins, loving nieces and nephews, and special friends.
