Athanasios Peristeris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 77, Athanasios Peristeris of Northville, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Apostolos Peristeris and Eleni Peristeris; and his siblings, Aliki and Dimitrios. He is survived by: his spouse Pagona; his children, Apostolos (Alicia), Elena (Andy) and Tonia; his grandchildren, Pagona (Bobby), Alexia, Athanasios and Aris; his siblings, Louiza, Efthimia and Fotios; and his nieces and nephews, Yiannis Peristeris (Eleni), John Korogiannis (Jamie), Jimmy Korogiannis (Jill) and Tonia Meier (Chris).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church (39851 Five Mile Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to support the Peristeris Family Endowed Fund for Pediatric Research at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital – 799813 (https://victors.us) representing hope for children affected by life-threatening or chronic diseases.
