She was predeceased by: her parents, Dutch and Jennifer Buwalda (Nordhoek). She is survived by: her husband Bill Rathbun; and her children, Patricia McGee, Bill Rathbun (Julie), Steve Rathbun and Lisa Rathbun. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
