He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Marjorie Smith (VanConant); his wife Lori; and his brothers, Donald Knox and Jim Knox.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie Wilson (Bernell) of North Branch and Kenneth Knox (Wanda) of Elhart, Indiana; and his girlfriend Charity. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
