He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Proctor and Ruth Proctor; and his sister Joan Liebler. He is survived by: his significant other Connie Eller; his daughter Hope Micketeit (Han); his granddaughters, Aubrie and Serenidy; and his siblings, Richard Proctor, Susan Bak, Mary Brace, Sally Proctor, John Proctor, Dan Proctor, Laura McCumons and Beverly Miller.
