He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Haack and Thelma Haack (Reisen); his daughter Karen Lynn; his brother Paul Roy; and his sister-in-law Delores Haack (Suzie).
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law Mark Walker; his grandsons, Ryan Walker and Mitchell Walker (Kelsey); and his siblings, Betty Ann Schlaud (Dwayne), Richard Haack (Marion) and Kenneth Haack. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
