He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pasternak and Anna Pasternak (Onysak); his brothers, Eugene, John and Fred; his nephew Fred Pasternak Jr.; and his great-nephew James Pasternak.
He is survived by: his nephew John Pasternak (Tammy); his niece Judy Rappuhn; and his niece-in-law Debbie Pasternak. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Fred Pasternak Memorial Scholarship.
