He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Butler and Georgia Butler (Brown); his granddaughter Morgan Fike; his brother Roy Butler; and his parents-in-law, George and Margaret Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Wallace; his children, Margaret Maloney (Buck), Barbara Fike (Dennis) and James Butler (Belinda); his grandchildren, Brandon Butler (Lesleigh), Lane Butler, Travis Fike (Avery) and Cole Fike; and his great grandchildren, Curtis, Lukas, Kennen and Jax Butler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
