It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Richard (North Branch, Michigan), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Richard and Cora Richard (Cooley); and his sisters, Ellen Fisher and Janet Harger. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Nagy; his children, Frank J. Richard, Francine Ignasiak (Robert), Frances Stites (Michael) and Rebecca Richard; his sisters, Dr. Marilyn Boehm Neeley (John) and Carol Lyons; and his grandchildren, David Stites, Rachael Stites and Hannah Stites.
Memorials may be directed to the North Branch Township Library in Frank's memory.
