We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2021, at the age of 83, Ernest Fantin of North Branch, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Natale Fantin and Edevige Fantin (Miatello); and his siblings, Maria Buono, Bruno Fantin and Danilo Fantin.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Traubenkraut; his children, Ida Marie Trott (Patrick Tetreau), Margaret Shooshanian, Guisseppe Fantin (Kristin), Barbara Berry (James), Paulo Fantin (Susan), Theresa Skene (Chuck), Ernesto Fantin (Heather) and Maria Fantin (Jim VanDyke); his brothers, Giovanni Fantin, Carlo Fantin (Chris) and Mario Fantin; and his sister-in-law Carol Fantin. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church.
