It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Allen May of North Branch, Michigan, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter May and Margaret May; his sister Lois Fair; his brother-in-law Ronald Lichalk; his nephews, Matthew Fair and Ronald Lichalk Jr.; and his niece Katie May.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Christopher May (Kathleen) and David May; his stepsons, Mark Papierski (Margaret), Bryan Papierski and Russian; his daughter Irene Davison (Mack); his grandchildren, Patrick May (Brittany), Breanna May, Erin May and Courtney Palumbo (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Mason and Madison.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's-Burnside Catholic Church (5622 Summers Rd, North Branch, MI 48461).
