He was predeceased by: his parents, June Saffel and Doyle Winterton; and his son-in-law Kenneth Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Debra Ellen Anderson of North Branch and Darryl Lee Winterton, Jr. (Shelly) of Clifford; his grandchildren, Kathleen Vannoy, Jordan Winterton (Janell) and Daniel Winterton; his great grandchildren, Haylie, Austin, Sophia and Markus; and his brother Gary Winterton (Betty Russell) of Imlay City.
