We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 52, Andrew Jay Phelan of North Branch, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phelan and Ellen Phelan; and his brother Kevin Phelan. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Phelan; his siblings, Raymond Phelan (Jeannine), Theresa Hart (John) and Johnny Phelan; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Richard Strang; his siblings-in-law, Bryan Chambers, Jeremy Chambers (Miranda) and Amanda Papsdorf (Joshua); and his godparents, Charlie and MaryAnn Phelan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
