He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Case and Violet Case (Badger); his son Richard Case; his brother Earl Case; and his aunt Red Larder (Lena).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Darlene "Dotsz" Case of North Adams; his grandchildren, Allyssa Creery (AJ) of Hanover, Mike Burke of Colorado and Robbie Reade (Nicole) of Port Huron; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Jace, Brooklin, Paiton, Trey of Tatum, RJ and Lincoln; and his siblings, Pam Moore of Florida, Sharon Hendrix of Florida, Tina Goodpastor (JR) of Kentucky and Terry Abbott of Hillsdale.
