Biggs (Dunifin); his wife Kathy Evans-Biggs of Niles; his sons, Walter Earl Biggs (Faith) of Plant City, William John Biggs of South Bend and Bruce Alan Biggs of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Jamie, Jeff, Kris, Toby, Michael and Kristina; and his siblings, Barbara Bailey (Fred) of Niles, Valda Skinner of Niles and Michael Biggs of Niles.
