She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Dodds and Opal Dodds (Wedel); her stepmother Alma Dodds; her grandchild Kris Ann Mather; her great grandchild Landon Michael Polega; and her brother Richard Dodds.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Clarence Polega; her children, Allan Polega (Julie) of Reno, Karen Paustian of Eau Claire, Carol Ann Mather of Niles, Mary Lilley of Niles, Stephen Polega (Tina), Jayne Schlutt (Kevin) of Niles and David Polega (Aimee) of Calabash; and her sister Marilyn Sheppard of Long Beach. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
