He is survived by: his wife Annette Pauley (Carrington) of Niles; his children, William Parmer, Jr. (Tracy) of Helena, MS, James Parmer (Nancy) of Niles and Sherri Parmer-Grover (John) of St. Joseph; his grandchildren, Mattie Parmer, Thomas Parmer, Lauren Baker, Evan Essmyer (Lora), Kaitlyn Parmer, Daniel Essmyer, Dylan Walker and Bailey Walker; his great grandchildren, Beckem Baker, Edie Essmyer, Ezra Baker and Uly Essmyer; his sister-in-law Sue Campbell (Darren); his nieces and nephews, Ronda Cross (Russ), Nanette Pauley (Don Price) and Don Pauley (Becky); and his close friends, Betty Kroboth and Martha Massey.
