He was predeceased by: his father Zacharias Antonios. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua T. Karamalegos, Zacharias T. Karamalegos and Nicolas T. Karamalegos; his grandson Kaleb; his siblings, Kalotina Karamalegos-Spanos (Nikitas) and Dr. Antonios Zacharias Karamalegos; and his nephews, Antonios and Zacharias.
