He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Wienke and Phena Wienke. He is survived by: his sister Phoebe Wienke PhD of Cooper Harbor, Michigan; his children, Chris (Jessica), Jen and David of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Jack, Ryan and Blayke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Halbritter Wickens Funeral Services (615 E Main St, Niles, MI 49120). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Silverbrook Cemetery (1400 E Main St, Niles, MI 49120).
The family prefers contributions in memory of Pete be made to the Niles High School Wrestling Program, 1441 Eagle Street, Niles, Michigan 49120.
