Neil left this world on March 30, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kuhns and Catherine Herter (Joseph). He is survived by: his partner Gayle Cossman; his children, Keith, Dacia, Jesse Copeland and Douglas Kuhns; his grandchildren, Kory Howe, Antonio Mendoza, Jerome Copeland Sr. (Marissa), Trezden Copeland, Kaiden Kuhns and Liliana Dixon; and his siblings, Catherine Kramer, Sue Gantt (Terry) and Vernon Herter (Vickie). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
