He was predeceased by: his siblings, Diane Heil and Thomas Cupp. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Nicodemus (Jason) of Niles, Melissa Salim (Yohan) of Illinois and Mark Cupp of Niles; his grandchildren, Christopher Hebner of Illinois, Abby Rubenthaler of Niles, Darren Sulak of Niles, Axton Salim of Illinois, Adelyn Salim of Illinois and Jacob Nicodemus of Niles; his great grandchildren, Jenna Rubenthaler and Oliver Tucker; and his brothers, Charles Cupp (Leta) of Florida and Robert Cupp (Rhonda) of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
