She is survived by: her pets, Jade, Scooter, Blossom and Nala; her husband Charles Lutin of Niles; her children, Ryan Lutin of Niles, Ashley Lutin of Niles and Amanda Dunnem of Niles; her grandchildren, Breyden, Page, Dalton, Diamond, Jeremiah and Sarah; and her siblings, Barbara Fay (Bob) of Buchanan and Bobby Worvey III (Kim) of Niles. She is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
