He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert McNeil. He is survived by: his parents, Michele Kenney (David Brackeen) and Wayne McNeil; his grandmothers, Patti Kenney and Patricia Turnbo; and his siblings, Austin Kenney of Niles, Dustin Robb of Niles, Zach Robb of Niles, Hunter McNeil of Elkhart and Chase Brackeen of New Carlisle. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
