He is survived by: his children, Beth Ann Vische of Niles, MI and James Wesley Mills, Jr. (Annette Romano) of Niles, MI; his grandson Matthew Allen Paver of Terre Haute, IN; his great grandchildren, Ethan Andrew Paver of Terre Haute, IN and Luke Alan Paver of Terre Haute, IN; his brother Thomas Lee Mills (Susan) of Niles, MI; his stepsons, Joseph Edgar "Ed" Fincher (Donna) of Rochester, IN and Paul Fincher (Sheryl) of Pasco, WA; his stepdaughter-in-law Donna Fincher of Rochester, IN; and his stepdaughter Shelli Fincher of Rochester, IN.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heartland Hospice or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
