He is survived by: his mother Jane Elaine Gross (Cline) of Bristol; his wife Cecelia Mead; his children, Brooke Polly of South Bend, Rylie Gross of Niles, Brayton Gross of Niles and Tim Polly of Niles; his sister Jeanne Fulks (Shannon) of Middlebury; and his nieces, Isabella and Alaina.

Memorials may be given to Shriners Hospital, who had offered Jerry support throughout his life.
