She is survived by: her son Christopher Swartz (SueAnn) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Joshua Swartz (Jami) and Alicia Swartz (Joe); her great grandchild Jamison Swartz; her sisters, Jackie Stock of Niles, Cindy Jaynes of South Bend and Carole Jaynes of South Bend; her sister-in-law MaryAnn Jaynes; and her sister Judith Ziol (Allen) of Chandler Arizona. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family prefers in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jeri be made to Fernwood Botanical Gardens 13988 Rangeline Road Niles.
