He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Bowker and Effie Bowker (Raber); and his sons, Wesley Jay and Richard. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lorenzo (Jose), Judy Ramos, Jenifer Bowker, Felicia Arrowsmith, Rosie Riggins (Donny), Valerie Philips and Bryan Bowker (Kim); and his wife Judy. He is also survived by 6 daughters, 1 son, as well as 28 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 25 great-great grandchildren.
