She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Norris and Lola Norris (Pendley); her husband Edsel L. Carter; and her sisters, Stella Ward, Evelean Dillavou and Clara Nelson (Charles Norris).
She is survived by: her children, Tony Warren (Gail), Mark Warren (Linda), Troy Warren (Dar), Brandon Carter (Stephanie), Kellee Densmore (Dana) and Kimberlee Miller (James). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
