With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Schaefer (Niles, Michigan), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dawn leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Willard. She is survived by: her husband Bryce Schaefer; and her mother Delores Stewart.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ (2240 Yankee St, Niles, MI 49120).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Heartland Hospice, 8075 Creekside Dr # 120, Portage, MI 49024.
