She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawton "Red" Austin and Edna Austin; her husband John Forrest; and her granddaughter Sarah Ruhlen. She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Forrest of Bristol, Tennessee, Deborah Forrest of Granger, Indiana and Bonny Forrest of San Diego, California; and her sister Beverly Stasiak of Niles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
