She is survived by: her son Derek Cornwell (Tonya) of Galien, Michigan; her grandchild Makaya Cornwell; her brother Ralph Liska (Hollis) of Dowagiac; and her close friend Fredrick L. Edwards, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
