He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Bentley; his daughter Toni Hoyt-Mize (David); his granddaughter Krystal Mathias (Dan); his daughter Terri Hoyt-Hiland (Jim); his grandchildren, Patricia Ottman (Clinton), Tim Hiland (Shawn), George Hiland (Megan) and Cynthia Hiland; his children, Austin Hoyt (Katelyn), Jennifer McCall (Steve) and Cyndi Smith (Matt); his former wife Phyllis Fahler (Bentley-Hoyt); and his wife Jaqueline Howard.
