She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Goltowski and Anne Goltowski of Newport, Michigan.; her daughter Amber Collingsworth; and her brother Mark Goltowski. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Terrance Smith; her daughter Jade Adams (Bobby); and her brothers, Art Goltowski (Cindy), Richard Goltowski (Doreen), Billy Goltowski (Sue) and John Goltowski (LaSandra). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
