She was predeceased by: her brothers, Harv and David Perry. She is survived by: her boyfriend Richard Rybski; her children, Donald Mullen (Brittney) and Autumn Mullen; her grandchildren, Sawyer Walls, Ella Mullen and Wade Moore; her mother Myrtle Jean Perry; and her siblings, Susan Feaganes, Lisa Perry and Michael Perry.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to her surviving children.
