She was predeceased by: her children, Tara and Sean Pachuta; her parents, Stanley Osemlak and Frances Osemlak; and her brothers, Stanley and Jerome Osemlak.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Pachuta (Cheryl), Ashley Estrada and Amanda Estrada; her sister Renee Bush; her grandchildren, Tyler Latigo, Sarah Pachuta, Lauryn Pachuta, Steven Pachuta, Jayden Muncie and Lena Beaudrie; and her great grandchild Benjamin Latigo.
