He is survived by: his sons, Jason Michael Whiteaker (Dion) and Adam Whiteaker (Angel); his grandchildren, Jason Michael Whiteaker, II and Alexa Whiteaker; his stepgrandchildren, Ella, Connie and Jeff; and his siblings, James Whiteaker (Kathy), Dale Whiteaker (Karen) and Diana Churpurty.
