He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Small and Mabel Small (Colf); his daughter Sheila Sue Small; and his siblings, Wilfred Small, Jr., Myrle Small, Virginia Cole, Viola Russell and Pauline Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Small; his children, Paul Small, Jr. (Jamie), Mary Small and Sandra Small; and his grandchildren, Emily Small, Hollie McKenzie (Jake), Arissa Schmelz and Alivia Small (Nathan Businger). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
