He was predeceased by: his parents, Minot Pucciarelli and Gayle Pucciarelli; and his sisters, Stella, Linda and Paula.

He is survived by: his wife Angela Pucciarelli; his children, Melissa, Harley, Gavin, Nathan and Lilly; his grandchildren, Aubrie and Sebastian; and his siblings, Paul, John, Minot (Buddy), Alan, Anne, Gayle and Dorothy.
