He is survived by: his parents, Lyle Kull and Maxine Kull; his fiancée Kristie Fultz; his sisters, Juanita Barker (Mark) and Lisa Messer (Thomas); his nieces and nephews, Melissa McDonald (Jeremy), Amanda Barker, Josh Barker (Katie), Kelsey Gensler, Sarah Muscott (Layne), Samantha Messer and Aaron Messer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason Barker, William Barker, Ellison, Everly McDonald and Beau McDonald.

Memorial donations in honor of Kevin are suggested to the Devoted Barn- an animal sanctuary.
