She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer "Bud" Hoffman and Myra Hoffman (Fuerstenberg); her brother John Hoffman; and her sister-in-law Deanna Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Todd Heusman (Carmen) and Kristi Liechty; her siblings, Kris Raudio (Michael) and Jody Hoffman (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Michael Heusman, Hanna and Kayla Liechty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
