He is survived by: his wife Karen Malwitz; his daughters, Angela Runions (Jimmy), Madonna Goneia (Steve), Amber Cedar (Tobi), Samantha Witmer, Melisa Simpson and Sheryl Simpson; his grandchildren, Melody, Abigail, Lyric, Brendan, Adilyn, Sidney, Alix and Lamarah; his stepfather Jimmy Proctor; and his siblings, Tommy Proctor, Karen Glotzhober (David) and Brie Novak (Chris).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are appreciated to the American Heart Association.
