He was predeceased by: his sisters, Rita, Jane and Julie. He is survived by: his mother Mary Billegas of Newport; his siblings, Manuel Billegas (Lori) of Erie, Matias Billegas (Lois) of Erie, Sylvia Jenkins (Tom) of Newport and Lydia Bezeau (Randy) of Cartersville, GA; his nieces and nephews, Manuel Billegas Jr., Tonya Mann (Chas), Amber Barnes (Deandre), Matias Billegas Jr., Natasha Billegas, Martin Billegas, Anthony Billegas, Sylvia Lieto and Ronald Lieto; and his pet Malley. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Billegas Family.
