He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Bryan Grunwald; his mother Bertha Grunwald; and his nephew Jason Craft. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Grunwald; his children, Peter Grunwald (Pam) and Catrina Cantrell (Jason); his grandchildren, Amya Grunwald, Kale Cantrell and Nevaeh Cantrell; his nieces and nephews, Jenny, Jaime, Courtney and Lindsay; and his brothers, Mark Grunwald (Connie), John Grunwald (Brenda) and Bruce Grunwald.
