He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pannett and Mildred Pannett (Banks); his wife Rosemarie Gorczynski; and his siblings, Edward, David Pannett and Elsie Hargis.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Pannett Jr., Randolph Pannett, Deborah Mitzelfeld (William) and Michael Pannett; and his siblings, Raymond Pannett (Brenda), Jimmy Pannett, Jerry Pannett and Mary Ann Stillwell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
