He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Yoas and Eva Marie Yoas; his brothers, Charles, Lloyd, Glenn, Waynn, Lynn, Lowell and Ronald; and his siblings-in-law, Martha, Margaret, Milton LaVigne and Barton Cook.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lorraine LaVigne, Colleen Cook and Margaret Kuzych (John); and his sisters-in-law, Alice, Arlene, Nancy and Shirley Yoas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Newport Community Church or Newport Firefighters Association.
