She was predeceased by: her parents, Creed Johnson and Ada Johnson; her children, Buford Newbour, Patricia Johnson, Deb Jovanelly, Mike Johnson and James Johnson; her husband Bellevy "Bo" Johnson; her grandson Matthew Jovanelly; her siblings, Illine Blair, Wilma Chandler, Thurman Johnson, Robert Johnson and Jackie Sue Campbell; and her children-in-law, Mary Newbour, Kella Johnson and Dale Johnson.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dorthula Johnson; her stepdaughter Carol Burchett; and her siblings, Thomas Johnson (Rose) and Judy Malone. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (2345 S Custer Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
