He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Moore. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Kortman; his children, Roy Moore of Richland, J. C. Alcorn (Becka) of Sault Ste, Marie, Michelle Moore of Sault Ste, Dan Moore II (Amanda) of Menominee Falls and Amy Spencer (Dave) of Kinross; and his siblings, Lynn Thayer of Hope, Margaret Moore of Hope, Tom Moore of Paoli and Joe Moore of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Bethel Community Church in his loving memory.
