She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Handy and Bertha Handy; her husband Robert Elsner; her daughters, Sandra Kay Laug and Kathy Sue Johnson (Harold Rugar); her brothers, Jerry and Terry Handy; and her grandson Adam Michael Meehan.
She is survived by: her former spouses, Leslie Watson and Harold Rugar; her daughter Mary Jo Meehan (Steve); her grandson Brian J. Meehan (Katrina); her great grandchildren, Madeleine and Brooks; her granddaughter Erin Meehan-Amo (Joel); her great grandchildren, Jamison and Lochlan; her grandsons, Andrew S. Meehan (Heidi) and Jeffrey Laug (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Penelope and Davis; her grandson Jon Johnson; her stepdaughters, Judy Bryd and Gail Rugar; her brother Larry Handy (Judy); and her friends, Mike and Jean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
